Student Ministries at Montgomery Faith Fellowship

All your children shall be taught by the LORD,
And great shall be the peace of your children. Isaiah 54:13

Sprouts Nursery (0-3 yrs.)

We endeavor to provide everything you need to care for your infant in our nursery. We also have a speaker so that you can hear everything that happens in the sanctuary. A nursery attendant is available should you need help, or wish to leave your child in their care. Just ask an usher!

Seedlings Kinder Church (age 3 – kindergarten)

Kinder Church begins at 9:30 in the Upper Room. You will need to escort your child upstairs and sign him/her in and out at the end of service. We have a bible story, object lessons, puppet skits, praise & worship, and snack—so please advise the teacher of any allergies/sensitivities your child may have.

Topics taught in rotation include the Ten Commandments, the Fruit of the Spirit, the Armor of God, the Life of Christ, Jesus Is My Friend, It Pays to Obey, Knowing God (Prayer), and Loving God (Worship). We also have special Easter and Christmas lessons.

Stalks Children’s Church (1st-5th grades)

Children’s Church begins at 9:30 in the Upper Room. You will need to escort your child upstairs and pick him/her up at the end of service. Each week we have a bible story, object lessons, praise & worship, and a memory verse. Your child will receive a worksheet each week and a take-home paper that explains what was taught, and has the memory verse written on it.

Topics taught in rotation include Christian Foundations, Prayer, Faith, the Holy Spirit, Agape Love, Growing Up in Christ, Knowing God, and Discipleship. We also have special Easter and Christmas lessons.

On Wednesday nights Kinder Church & Children’s Church meet for Bible study after being dismissed from the sanctuary. They study Bible stories from the Old & New Testaments in chronological order.

Our vision is to create a strong biblical foundation during the younger years, so that by the time children enter Jr. High they have a knowledge of the bible and a relationship with Christ to see them through to adulthood.

And He said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade , then the head, after that the full grain in the head.
